On Wednesday, February 15, 2017, officers with the Brownwood Police Department and Brown County Sheriff’s Office executed a narcotics search and arrest warrant in the 3500 block of Rhodes Rd.

During the execution of this warrant, officers recovered a large quantity of methamphetamine along with quantities of cocaine and MDMA (aka Ecstasy). Additionally, officers recovered materials that were being used to facilitate the distribution of illegal drugs.  At the conclusion of the search warrant, 39 year old Christina Moreno and 28 year old Ricky Guerra of Brownwood were each arrested and charged with the possession of controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

This investigation is part of an ongoing investigation and more arrests are anticipated.
