Wayne Powell, 91, of Richland Springs, passed away March 1, 2019. Services will be March 5 at 3 p.m. at Richland  Springs First Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Richland Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be March 4 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in San Saba.

Mr. Powell is survived by Kay Gerald McKee.
