Most youngsters only dream of showing a Grand Champion animal at a major stock show, such as San Antonio.  Madellyne Adams, a senior student from Zephyr and member of Brown County 4-H, is living the dream by winning her third Grand Champion award at three different Texas stock shows.

Madellyne just exhibited the Grand Champion Lamb at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.  If this sounds familiar, it’s because Madellyne recently exhibited the Grand Champion Lamb at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.  And, if that’s not enough, she exhibited the Grand Champion Lamb at the State Fair of Texas last fall.  Three major stock shows, three Grand Champion victories in the market lamb shows.

 

Another Brown County 4-Her who was all smiles in San Antonio was Emily Primrose.  She brought home the blue ribbon and Champion Banner by exhibiting the Champion Finewool Lamb.
