Ruby Ellen Neill, 68 of Brownwood went to be with her Lord on Sunday, June 30, 2019 surrounded by her family.  A visitation will be Friday, July 5, 2019 from 6-8 pm at Heartland Funeral Home.  Services will be held at 10 am Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Heartland Funeral Chapel in Early with interment following at Eastlawn Memorial Park.
