Robert Mercer, age 74, of Valera, died Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at Coleman County Medical Center.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 2, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 400 W. Pecan Street, Coleman.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 3, at the Valera Baptist Church with James Maedgen, Robert’s cousin, officiating.  Interment with military honors will follow in the Valera Cemetery under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home, Coleman.
