Phillip “Stretch” Westerman, 60 of Brownwood, Texas, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2019.  A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, April 27, 2019 in the Jenkins Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home.
