Joe Payne, 78, of Burleston, formerly of Brownwood, passed away December 25, 2018. Funeral services will be December 29 at 11 a.m. at the Bethel Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the Zephyr Cemetery. Heartland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
