Jimmy Ray “Jim” Ratliff, 79 of Rising Star, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2019 in Rising Star surrounded by her family.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, August 22, at the Rising Star Cemetery in Rising Star with Terry Simmons officiating.
