Donald Keeney, 81, of Coleman, Texas, passed away January 18, 2019 at the Kindred Hospital Fort Worth Southwest

Services will be January 26, 2019 at 2 p.m. at the Santa Anna Cemetery Pavilion with Rev. Paul Judd officiating. Burial will follow with services under the direction of Henderson Funeral Home of Coleman. Visitation will be Friday from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Henderson Funeral Home.

He was born Donald Ray Keeney on July 26, 1937 in Coleman, Texas to Thomas William and Imogene Carrie Griffith Keeney. Donald was raised in Coleman and was a Coleman High School graduate. On June 26, 1970 he married Ritha Mae White in Coleman and celebrated 48 years of marriage. Ritha preceded him in death on November 28, 2018.

Donald was a lifetime resident of Coleman and member of the Baptist Church. Donald worked in auto mechanics and farming.

Daughter – Marlais Keeney of Coleman, Texas

Son – Tim and wife Toni Keeney of Ft Worth, Texas

Sister – Virginia Roach of Cross Plains, Texas

Brother – Doug Keeney of San Angelo, Texas

Three grandchildren – Shayna Metcalf, Tanner Keeney & Logan Keeney

Four Great grandchildren

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, son-in-law Ayo Aladefa, two sisters and a brother.
