A Brownwood man was arrested Wednesday, December 18, on child pornography charges.

Daniel Lee Holmes, 35, faces three counts of possessing child pornography and one count of sexual performance of a child.

His bonds total $110,000, according to Brown County jail records.  The bonds are broken down to $50,000 on the charge of sexual performance of a child and $20,000 for each charge of possessing child pornography.  He was still listed as an inmate in Brown County Jail as of early Friday morning, December 20.

Holmes was formerly employed at the Ron Jackson State Juvenile Correctional Complex and was arrested on August 22^, 2019 on a charge of having sexual contact with a person in custody.  He was released from jail on August 23, 2019 on a $10,000 bond.
