The following calls were responded to by Brownwood Police.

On 1/12/2020 at approximately 13:00 hours, Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 500 block of Belle Plain for a call of burglary. Brownwood Police made a report for criminal mischief.

On Monday, January 13, 2020 at approximately 21:06 hours, Officer Weaver was patrolling in the 500 block of E. Commerce St when he observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation. Weaver initiated a traffic stop for the violation and investigation was conducted. During the investigation, drugs/narcotics were discovered and an arrest was made. A report has been generated.

On Friday, January 10, 2020, at approximately 03:00 hours, Officer Donahoo turned southbound on Coggin Ave in approximately the 1000 block and noticed a brown pickup truck. Upon running the license plate, it was discovered that the plates did not match the vehicle. The vehicle pulled into a nearby convenience store and the subjects fled down an alley on foot. The vehicle was discovered to be stolen out of Big Spring, TX. A report was completed.

On Friday, January 10, 2020, at approximately 11:51 hours, Brownwood Police were dispatched to a south residence in the 1700 block of Magnolia in reference to a burglary. Information was taken and a case number was provided to the female complainant.

On 1/10/2020 at approximately 15:00 hours, Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Commerce for a call of theft. Brownwood Police made a report of theft.

On 1/10/2020 at 18:00 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 1000 Blk. of W. Commerce in reference to theft. A report was taken to be passed on for further investigation.

On Friday January 10, 2020 at approximately 19:58 hours, Brownwood Police Officers were dispatched to a south Brownwood residence in reference to Criminal Mischief. A report was generated for this incident.

On Friday, January 1, 2020, at approximately 22:40 hours, Brownwood Police Officers conducted a traffic stop in south Brownwood.  A woman was arrested in reference to this incident.

On Saturday, January 11, 2020, at approximately 07:22 hours, Brownwood Police were dispatched to a north residence in the 2800 block of Cleburne Street in reference to a fire. Contact was made with the owner of the residence. All fires were extinguished upon the arrival of the Brownwood Fire Department. Contact was made with witnesses and a case number was provided to the owner of the residence.

On 1/11/2020, at approximately 12:00 hours, Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Ave B for a call of suspicious. Brownwood Police made a report for recovered stolen vehicle.

On January 11, 2020 Officers with Brownwood PD responded to a residence in the southside of Brownwood in the 1300 block of Avenue B for a domestic disturbance. A report was generated in reference to this call.

On 1/11/2020 at 23:00 hours, Officers initiated a traffic stop in the 1400 Blk. of Indian Creek Dr. Two were arrested for possession of marijuana < 2Oz DFZ.

On Sunday January 12th, 2019 at approximately 04:00 hours Officers with the Brownwood Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 4500 block of 377 South. The driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. He was transported to the Brown County Jail and released to on duty Jail staff.

On 1/10/2020 at 18:00 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 1000 Blk. of W. Commerce in reference to theft. A report was taken to be passed on for further investigation.
