Brown County Commissioners will meet at 9:00 am Monday, January 6, in the Brown County Courthouse to address the following posted agenda.

1. Declare a Quorum and Call Meeting to Order

4. Consideration and approval of minutes of December 16th, 2019.
5. Consideration and approval of any Treasurer’s/ Auditor’s Report.
6. Consideration and approval of payment of any bills needed

A. Mr. Gary Worley, Commissioner Pct. 1 and Mr. Wayne Shaw, Commissioner Pct. 3 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding the two Vietnam War Memorial monuments from the South Courthouse lawn;
B. Mr. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban;
C. Sharon Ferguson, County Clerk- Presentation of 5 Star Award for Vital Registration
D. Vance Hill, County Sheriff- Consideration and possible approval of authorization to accept donations
E. Vance Hill, County Sheriff- Consideration and possible approval of employee changes
F. Vance Hill, County Sheriff- Consideration and possible approval of authorization to enter into a new joint contract with City of Brownwood and Sharco Technologies Inc. for office phone services
