Billy Joe Tharp, 71 of Brownwood

Funeral services for Billy Joe Tharp, Sr. age 71, of Brownwood, will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 23, 2019 in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial with military honors will follow in Eastlawn Memorial Park.

Mr. Tharp died Tuesday in an Abilene hospital.
