Billy Edward Gamblin, 82 of Brownwood

Billy Edward Gamblin, age 82, of Brownwood, formerly of Bangs passed away Sunday, March 22, at the Brownwood Senior Care.

He was born November 22, 1937 in Blanket, Texas the son of Finis Edward Gamblin and Irma Crouch Gamblin.  He was raised in McCulloch County and completed high school at Blanket.

He is survived by two sons, Ricky Gamblin and wife Re’Genna of Bangs and William Gamblin and wife Kelly of Austin,  his daughter Bunny Keeney of Bangs, a daughter-in-law, Jimmie Carol Gamblin, his grandchildren, Dustin Gamblin, Locke Gamblin and wife Emily, Heather Thompson and husband Chris, Caleb Gamblin and wife Jessica, Cameron Carter, Matt Carter, Cooper Gamblin, Meagan Gamblin and Avery Gamblin, step-grandchildren, Matthew Paz, Mark Paz and wife Amanda, and Michael Paz and wife Mary Rose, and five great-grandchildren.

A private family graveside service will be held at the Cowboy Cemetery in McCulloch County.  His body will be in state for viewing from noon on Tuesday until noon on Thursday at Davis-Morris Funeral Home.
