At approximately 12:30 am Friday morning, Early PD, BCSO and DPS officers along with Fire and EMS responded to the 1500 block of Early Blvd to a domestic disturbance where an individual claimed they were injured.

Once on scene officers located a female acting out of control and causing a disturbance. The female also claimed to be injured but when Fire and EMS personnel attempted to check her she became assaultive and began kicking personnel. The female also kicked and assaulted several officers while they attempted to restrain her, according to the Early Police Report.

The female was then restrained and taken into custody.  Emily Louise Clower, 51, was taken to the Brown County Jail and booked for Assault on a Public Servant and Disorderly Conduct.  Jail records do not indicate a bail at this time.  She has two previous arrests from 2017.
