Downtown Brownwood, Inc. held its annual banquet Tuesday night at Wild Duck Bar & Grill, recognizing both new and continuing businesses that have been open for as long as 90 years.

A Legacy Award was presented during the event to Steves’ Market & Deli, honoring the late Steve Harris as well as Steve Puckett.

Current and added board members Tuesday night include president Eric Evans, vice president Jodie Armstrong, Levi Packer, Jessie Hamilton, James Galloway, Sarah Cox, Lori McCrane, Ashley Jaynes, Ronda Baugus, City of Brownwood aficionado Ray Tipton and Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce aficionado Otis Felton.
