Reggie Dean Pippin 80, of Zephyr, Texas went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus January 24, 2025.
Reggie was born on October 11, 1944, to Harry and Elsie Pippin. He married Margaret McGuire in 1963 and fathered three children. Wendy Renay Curry, Melissa Ann Pippin and Aaron Dean Pippin.
He later married Holly Pippin and fathered Roddy Dean Pippin our brother who has also gone to our Lord and Savior Jesus.
Reggie was an Engineer and self-taught Draftsman who worked in the Oil and Gas Fields designing pipes and plants solving issues with his vast experience. He travelled the country working in this field.
Reggie built many properties with his own hands and built his own telescope as he had a great love for astronomy. He loved dogs, horses, Ducks and cows!
He had a deep love for restoring vehicles and built and raced corvettes, built a ’62 convertible corvette, several ‘55s and ’56 Chevys and was working on his beautiful ’55 Belair and Rat Rod before he passed.
He was an inventor and created several products as he had a love for tools and could weld anything together.
Reggie is survived by his children Wendy Curry, Melissa Pippin and Aaron Pippin and his wife Cathy Pippin.
His Grand Children: William Pippin and Wife Hannah, Kelsey Brooks and her husband Tyler, Samantha Carson and her husband Chris, Glen Curry and his wife Itzel, Garrett Pippin and his wife Haley, Tyler Luepke and his wife Brittany, Nicholas Luepke and his wife Jessica and Logan Luepke and his wife Ashley. His great Grandchildren: Talon, Paxtyn, Kezlin, Bailey, Brynlee, Silas, Dean, Blake, Bowen and Samuel.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2025, at the Zephyr Cemetery in Zephyr, Texas with Bill Slaymaker officiating. Services are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.
