The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Oscar Perez, on probation for the felony offense of Injury to a Child, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Jerry Douglas Allen aka Jerry Douglas Allen Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering With Electronic Monitoring Device and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
