Ten members of the District 7-2A champion Bangs Dragons baseball team received all-district accolades.

The Dragons earned four superlative honors as Hunter Crowell was selected District MVP, Skylar Minshew was named Defensive MVP, Kenny Cole was tabbed Pitcher of the Year, and Zack Ferguson received Utility Player of the Year.

Landing on the first team were pitcher Kade Minshew, infielder Hunter Newton and first baseman Conner Bible.

Second-team choices were infielder Brayden Gatlin and outfielder Weston Scantling, while Brody Newton received honorable mention as a designated hitter.

The Dragons won district, bi-district and area championships and finished with a 20-10 overall record under head coach J.T. Newton.
