Five Sentenced In 35th District Court

The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Monday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

  • Hannah Faith Watson pled guilty to the felony offense of Intoxication Assault and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Watson, on probation for the felony offense of Retaliation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Anthony Xavier Gonzales, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest, was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Joshua Austin Hall, on probation for the felony offense of Sexual Assault of a Child, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Chelsea Marie Belvin, on probation for the state jail felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, was revoked and sentenced to 16 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • Kayla Marie Yarbrough, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, was revoked and sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
