Born November 19, 1934 in Braman, Oklahoma. Died September 8, 2023 at Songbird Lodge in Brownwood, Texas. Carol: Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother was the living and loving heart of the family, holding them all together.

She is survived by her husband Wallace, whom she always called William, of Brownwood, and daughters Jenny Roark of Brownwood, Susan Ricks of Arlington, and Sarah Lawrence of Fort Worth.

Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church of Brownwood on Saturday, September 16 at 2:00 pm with Dr. Donnie Auvenshine, Dr. Gary Gramling and Dr. Jerry Shields officiating.
