A Boil Water Notice has been issued for certain customers of the Brookesmith Special Utility District.

The areas affected where customers should boil water include:

Mountain View

Valley View Estates

FM 3021

Indian Trails (behind the little red school house)

The 7,000 block of Highway 279

Trickham

FM 1176 going west from CR 170

FM 586 south going west from CR 170

CR 170

FM 586 South going South from FM 1176,

And the following residents along these county roads are also under a boil water notice – 188, 186, 185, 222, 221 and Cattleguard Road.

Water from your faucet should be brought to a vigorous rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes.

This Boil Water Notice for Brookesmith Special Utility District will last until a notice to customers is issued that rescinds the boil water notice.
