Charles Raymond Ewing, age 58, of, Texas passed away Thursday, August 3, 2023 in Abilene, Texas.

Charles was born June 8, 1964 in Brady, Texas to Billy Calvin Ewing and Rua (Spencer) Ewing.  He grew up in Brady and attended Brady Schools.  Charles worked as a mechanic and enjoyed working on cars and small engines.  He could fix almost anything.  He loved spending time with friends and riding his motorized bicycle.  He was a lifelong resident of Brady.

Charles is survived by his son John Ewing of Brady, Texas; brother James Ewing of Brady, Texas; sister Cathy Ewing Jones of Brady, Texas; 2 nephews; 1 niece and many friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter April Ewing, step-son William Richardson and brother-in- laws John Paul Jones and James Leifeste.
