District Attorney Micheal Murray says that a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Sam Moss, presiding.

David Dewayne Peery aka David Dewayne Perry, pled guilty to the felony offense of Criminal Mischief and was sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Peery, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information adjudicated and sentenced to One (1) year, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
