35th District Court issues sentences to seven

The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Wednesday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

  • Robert Lee Danner pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 16 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Ernest Willborn III pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Jeremiah Alexander pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Kayla Penelope Lane pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Blake Lee Justice pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest with Previous Convictions and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Harlan Morris pled guilty to the felony offense of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Pedro Cruz Alonzo, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Terroristic Threat Against a Peace Officer, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
