A Special Called Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Brownwood Municipal Development District will be held Monday, June 26, at 1:30 pm at Brownwood City Hall in the City Council meeting room. The agenda is below.

The board will review reports to include income statements, Event Center expense report, loan and incentive summary for May, Sales Tax paid in June, unemployment numbers and project updates and activity.

The BMDD Board may go into closed executive session to (A.) Discuss a possible Building Improvement Incentive Program grant for a commercial business and (B.) Discuss a possible Building Improvement Incentive Program grant for a downtown business.

The Board will reconvene into Regular Session and take any action deemed necessary.
