Betty Dee (Lively) Duggan, 87, of Rising Star, Texas passed away Friday, May 19, 2023.
A visitation with family will be held at Heartland Funeral Home, Tuesday, May 23, 2023 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
Graveside services will be held at the Rising Star Cemetery, Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 1:00 PM.
