Lisa Marie (Crawford) Willett, age 65, of Brownwood, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at Hendrick Hospice Care in Abilene, Texas.

She was born July 10, 1957, in Brownwood, the daughter of Homer Dan and Oleta Faye (Graves) Crawford. She attended schools at Brownwood. She became a mother in her early 20’s to two sons, Jeremy Lawson and Jason Lawson.

She dreamed of owning her homestead one day and loved having farm animals around. Lisa will be remembered for her incredible love of children as she cared for many children including her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. When she was younger, she loved camping and spending time with family. She was a self-proclaimed Skip-Bo champion. P.S. She really did win a lot. Lisa was a member of the High Mesa Cowboy Church and loved the Lord.

Those left to cherish Lisa’s memory are her children Jeremy and Christina Lawson and Jason Lawson, brother Larry and Cheryl Crawford, sister-in-law Teresa Crawford, six grandchildren who all called her Nena(Katelyn, Kassidi, Madelyn, Danaya, Luis, and Averly), one great grandchild (Ezra) and one on the way, four nieces, three nephews, many cousins and many dear friends

She was preceded in death by her mother Oleta, father Homer, sister Bonnie Crawford, and little brother Danny Crawford.

Celebration of Life for Lisa will be held at the High Mesa Cowboy Church in Brownwood, Texas on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 4:00 pm.

Visitation will be held at Brownwood Funeral Home between 6:00pm – 8:00pm on Thursday, May 18, 2023.
