The Brownwood Lions routed San Angelo Lake View 16-4 Friday night in the first game of their Bi-District Series. Game 2 changes were made Saturday morning.  Brownwood will now play back in San Angelo at Lake View at 3:00 pm Saturday afternoon.  The games were originally scheduled for Morris Southall Field then the HPU field which are unplayable after heavy rains on Thursday and Friday evenings. The game will be broadcast starting a few minutes before 3:00 pm on KOXE 101.3 and KOXE App.

LADY LION SOFTBALL

Weather caused a two and a half hour delay in the Lady Lions first game against Krum Friday night in Glen Rose in the Area Championship. When they were able to resume the game, the Krum Lady Cats held Brownwood scoreless, 10-0. Games 2 (and 3, if needed) are back in Glen Rose today (Saturday) at Noon, an hour earlier than previously scheduled. Lady Lion softball can be heard on KBWD AM 1380.
