District Attorney, Micheal Murray says that felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Jeremy Gabriel Perez pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Perez, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Evading Arrest with Prior Convictions and was sentenced to One (1) year, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

David Roe pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Forgery and was sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
