As of Tuesday morning, March 28, a race has developed in the Special City Council Election for Ward 4 Brownwood City Council. Draco A. Miller, who filed previously to serve in the position of his late father, is now opposed by Jim Byars. The filing period for the election closes April 6. The special election is on June 10, 2023.
