Any citizen who desires to address the City Council on a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. The City Council may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Council respectfully requests that prior to addressing Council that each person submit a citizen presentation form that is located at the entryway to the Council Chambers, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

A. Consider ratification of the Brownwood Municipal Development District Board for a Building Improvement Incentive grant in the amount of $25,000 to Brownwood Fitness Center, LLC for a building located at 104 Center A venue.

A. Consider approving a resolution to support Brownwood Pioneer Crossing, LLC’s application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for a tax credit Senior Living housing development.
B. Consider a one reading ordinance cancelling the May 6, 2023, General Election.

A. Consider approval of the sale of City owned property located at 4406 and 4500 George M. Shelton Drive, to the Brownwood Industrial Foundation, an independent foundation, for the sale and development of the property to Bravo 5-2, LLC as a medical supply distribution facility.
