As of 7:45 pm Sunday night, a line of severe storms had developed in West Texas from Big Spring to Snyder northward to the Red River near Vernon. This line of storms is forecast to move through the KOXE listening area between 10 pm and Midnight. The worst of the severe weather should stay north of Interstate 20, however a few strong storms may quickly pass through the Brownwood area with strong wind and rain. After the storms, expect a strong west wind all night, with wind speeds of 30 to 40 mph. A Wind Advisory is in effect all night through 6:00 am Monday.
