District Attorney, Micheal Murray says that a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County
District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Brandon Keith Nickason pled guilty to the felony offenses of Evading Arrest with Vehicle and Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to Seven (7) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Nickason, pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
