According to local District Attorney, Micheal Murray, two felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Nathen Alton Worster pled guilty to the felony offense of Sexual Performance by a Child and was sentenced to Twenty-five (25) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Curtis Lee Toner pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Six (6) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
