Una May (Fisher) Eoff, 90, of Early, Texas passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
Visitation with family will be held at Heartland Funeral Home from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, Sunday, February 5, 2023. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, February 6, 2023 in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Blanket Cemetery officiated by Dennis Williams.
Una May or “Ma” was born May 7, 1932 in Blanket, Texas to H. L. and Gladys (Hibler) Fisher. She attended the Blanket School and married G.W. Eoff on Saturday, July 17, 1948 which blessed them with over 73 years of marriage and five sons. Una May was a homemaker and it took most of her time to take care of G.W. and 5 boys. She worked at Davis Floral for more than a decade and continued to make flowers for friends and family. After retirement, G.W. and Una May traveled all over the United States and parts of Canada. They also followed Joe Paul Nichols, a Country & Western band all over enjoying the trips and people they met at the concerts. Ma spent her time Knitting, crochet or reading western novels. Her favorite thing was to get together with family or entertain her grandkids when they came to visit.
Una May was survived by her children, Larry Eoff and wife Vickie of Early, Ronny Eoff and wife Kathy of Early, Travis Eoff and wife Theresa of Early, Alvis Eoff and wife Tammy of Bangs, Kevin Eoff and friend, Cathy Maldonado of Early; sister, Ann Edgar of Early; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
Una May was preceded in death by her husband, G.W. Eoff; great grandson, Hudson Eoff; her parents, Harvey and Gladys Fisher; brother, Harvey (Buster) Fisher; and sister, Novelyn King.
