Sharon Kay Chesser, 63, of Corpus Christi, left this life Monday November 14, 2022. Heartland Funeral Home of Comanche has been entrusted to provide funeral arrangements for her.
The family will greet friends at 10 a.m. until 12 noon Monday the 21st of November, 2022. Her life will be celebrated beginning at 1:00 p.m. in a graveside service at Sardis Cemetery in Hasse with Bro. Harold Higginbotham officiating. Sharon Kay Fulcher, was born January 12, 1959, to Morris Fulcher and Iva Lee Charles, in San Saba TX. She attended school in Crane TX. Sharon married Samuel Harold Chesser February 3, 1978, in Crane TX. She was employed by Texas Instruments in Odessa TX, Annaville Elementary in Corpus Christi TX, and as a Housewife for 45 years. She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church in Comanche TX. Her primary interest was her 2 grandsons followed by gardening, home décor, and fishing. Sharon was Vice-President of the Women’s Auxiliary Eagle Lodge of Crane TX.
Sharon is survived by her husband 44 years, SamChesser; sons, Michael Chesser and wife Brenda Lynn of Corpus Christi, and John Chesser; grandchildren, Cole Michael Chesser and Cayn Christopher Chesser; sisters, Janice Lee Williams of Arizona and Rita Fulcher of Oregon; brothers, Charlie Fulcher of Gatesville TX, Harold Turner of Crane TX, Morris (Sonny) Fulcher of Crane TX; 14 nieces and nephews, 3 great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents, Morris Fulcher and Iva Lee Charles; daughter, Paula Lynn Skaggs; son, Ricky William Shadden; brother, Ronnie Dean Fulcher; sister, Teresa Fulcher.
