Brown County Commissioners will meet Tuesday, September 6, at 9:00 am at the county courthouse to discuss the following agenda. After the regular meeting will be a Budget Workshop to discuss the 2022-2023 County Budget and related issues.

1. Declare a Quorum and Call Meeting to Order

3. Recognition of Special Guests and Presentations

4. Citizen Comments (All speakers will be required to adhere to the rules of procedure, conduct and decorum adopted by the Court on August 12, 2019. Any disruptive, abusive, obscene, or disrespectful behavior will be terminated immediately.) All Presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit. Multiple person groups will be limited to one speaker.

7. Consideration and approval of all appropriate action regarding the following:

A. Honorable Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban.
B. Curt Tunnel, Tunnel Construction- Consideration and possible approval of action regarding plat on Vick Drive. (CJ)
C. Cheryl Jones, District Clerk- Public Hearing on preservation and restoration of District Clerks Records Archival. (CJ)
D. Cheryl Jones, District Clerk- Consideration and possible approval of action regarding District Clerks Archival plan/Fee. (CJ)
E. Pat McLaughlin- Grants and Governmental Affairs- Consideration and possible approval of action regarding French Drain quotes for the Sheriffs Department water seepage issue. (CJ)
