The Brown County Water Improvement District Board of Directors will meet Tuesday, June 14, at 4:00 pm at the Water District Office, 501 East Baker. The agenda is below.

The Board of Directors may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Board of Directors respectfully requests that prior to addressing the Board, each person submit a citizen’s presentation form located at the entrance lobby, stating your name, address and topic of presentation. All presentations are limited to five (5) minutes time limit.

Consider and take necessary action regarding request from Wild Duck Marina for a fireworks permit for Saturday July 2, 2022.

Consider and take necessary action on the sale of 0.148 acre at 10708 CR 559, Lake Brownwood.
Consider and take necessary action regarding request from Mr. Jack Bolton regarding alcohol at Flat Rock Park;
Consider and take necessary action on a lake bore for a transmission line by Oncor between Kelli Lane and Hawk Lane, Lake Brownwood;
Consider and take necessary action regarding a resolution allowing for an amendment to the District’s 457b forfeiture account;

Consider and take necessary action regarding a request for temporary RV spots, with water and electricity hookups only, at Kirkland Docks.
