District Attorney, Micheal Murray says that felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Marcus Power – pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Roy Don Andrews – pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Twelve (12) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Andrew Scott East – pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Ten (10) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
