Brown County Retired School Employees will be having a DRIVE-THROUGH MEMBERSHIP EVENT today, Wednesday May 18, from 9-2 on Underwood’s Parking Lot.

Anyone can join and support retirees in their efforts to maintain and improve benefits for those retired from any Texas Public School and receiving an annuity from the Teacher Retirement System of Texas.  This includes bus drivers, office personnel, cafeteria workers, maintenance, aides, teachers or administrators.

Come by, visit with your local officers, and learn how you can help support our efforts. There are more than 950 annuitants in Brown County. Some of our local businesses, such as Leo and Paul Underwood, continue their support each year.
