According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Jennifer Ramsey pled guilty to the felony offenses of Arson and Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Twenty (20) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Austin Williford pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jasmine Baldwin pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault on a Public Servant and was sentenced to Four (4) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Donald Patrick Hughes pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Theft and was sentenced to One Hundred Eighty (180) days, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
