The Board of Directors of Brownwood Municipal Development District will meet Tuesday, April 19, at 1:30 pm at Brownwood City Hall at 501 Center Avenue. The meeting will be held in the City Council meeting room. The agenda is below.

- Project Updates and Activity
Item 6. The BMDD Board may convene into a closed executive session in the Haynes Conference Room, pursuant to the provisions of the Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Government Code Vernon’s Annotated, in accordance with the authority contained in the following section:
Section 551.071 – Consultation with Attorney
Section 551.072 – Deliberation Regarding Real Property
Section 551.087 – Deliberations regarding economic development negotiations
- Discussion regarding a possible amendment to an incentive agreement to Commerce Station, LP.
- Discussion regarding a possible amendment to an incentive agreement to Brownwood Hotel Partners, LP.
- Discussion regarding a property sale to Brownwood Industrial Foundation.

take any action deemed necessary as result of the Executive Session.
