The first five runs in Tuesday’s softball game between Brownwood and Lampasas belonged to Brownwood but the Lady Badgers ended up winning the game 8-6, depriving the Lady Lions of their first district win. Brownwood is 0-6 in District 6-4 A. Two games remain in district. The next game is Thursday at 5:00 pm in Gatesville followed next Friday, April 22, when Stephenville comes to town.
