Six Sentenced in District Court

According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, the following felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

William Brady Roe pled guilty to the felony offense of Retaliation and was sentenced to Nine (9) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jessie Walls pled guilty to the felony offenses of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility and was sentenced to Seven (7) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Robin Gene Brady pled guilty to the felony offenses of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and Felon in Possession of Firearm and was sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Mandy Lou Bushnell pled guilty to the felony offenses of Evading Arrest and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Charles Thomas Mason pled guilty to the felony offense of Felon in Possession of Firearm and was sentenced to Four (4) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Trevor Wickline pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Invasive Visual Recording and was sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
