From the very beginning, Makie Jo was special, bringing immense joy and love to her family. She grew up in Coleman where she attended Coleman Elementary School. Makie Jo loved older country music. Her eyes would light up and you could see joy in her face. She also enjoyed playing with her siblings and watching people dance. Her love, courage, and faith were her biggest gifts to her family and friends. With everything Makie Jo has been through, she was always a happy child and was always able to express her love through her eyes and smile. What a blessing she was to everyone whom she met. Makie Jo will be greatly missed.
