According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Cody Gonzales, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Gonzales, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance­Drug Free Zone was revoked and sentenced to Ten (10) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Justice Calvet Hall, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon was adjudicated and sentenced to Eight (8) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Courtney Duff Westerman aka Courtney Duff Johnston, on probation for the felony offense of Fraud was revoked and sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Ryan Graham, pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation and the felony offenses of Theft of Property and Evading Arrest with Vehicle and was sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Adrian Ramsey, pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to Four (4) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Arturo Allen Cadena, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Four ( 4) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Trey Justin Harris, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Four (4) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Harris, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance was revoked and sentenced to Twenty-two (22) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Christopher Ryan Silva, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated was revoked and sentenced to Three (3) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Christopher Dwayne Sherwood, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Michael Scott Tibbetts, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was revoked and sentenced to Eighteen (18) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Jeffrey Lynn Smith, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Theft over $2,500 under $30,000 was revoked and sentenced to Fifteen (15) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Kensley Nicole Gardner, on probation for the state jail felony offense of lnterference with Child Custody was adjudicated and sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
