Brownwood Lighted Christmas Parade Tonight

The annual Brownwood Lighted Christmas Parade is tonight (Thursday) at 6:30 pm through the streets of downtown.  This year’s parade is sponsored by Texas Rock Crusher Railway.  Staging for the parade will begin at 4:30 pm on south Washington Street.

There will be floats, vehicles, walkers, horses, classic cars, marching bands and more.

The parade kicks of the weekends Christmas festivities. The 13th Annual Christmas Under the Stars Festival will feature holiday games, crafts, food and attractions for kids of all ages. The event will take place on Friday, December 3rd from 4-8 PM and Saturday, December 4th from 4-7 PM at the Depot Complex and the Lehnis Railroad Museum and Visitor Center. Key attractions will include Santa Claus, Big Wheel Races, Christmas Karaoke and more.
