Brooke Nicole Ellis, age 24, of Fort Worth left this earthly life for eternal life on Sunday, November 14, 2021.

Brooke was born on April 15, 1997, to Mark and Jann Ellis in Brownwood. She loved being outdoors and in nature, kayaking and camping. She also loved taking her dog, Nyla, on walks and to the dog park. Brooke also liked painting and going to music events with her friends.

Brooke was such a beautiful soul, with a loving spirit and so full of life. She loved her family, friends, and fur-babies exceedingly.

She leaves behind her mother, Jann Ellis; sister, Mandy Nestor and husband John; 2 nephews, Cole and Hudson Nestor; maternal grandparents, Robert and Janice Wedge; paternal grandparents, Ronnie and Gail Ellis; 3 uncles, Nick Waterwall and wife Sue, Thad Ellis and wife Emily, Kyle Ellis and wife Kim; 2 aunts, Karen Gill, and Lindsay Zacharko and husband Jason; cousins, Brian Waterwall, Robert Waterwall, Nicholis Cacioppo, Caden Ellis, Kylie Ellis and her daughter Imani Edwards, Kayla McFarden, Kenna Ellis, Kelton Ellis, Kate Ellis, Luke and Jillian Zacharko; and her fur-babies, Nyla and Spencer. She is also survived by other relatives and countless friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Mark Ellis; and paternal grandmother, Mary Sue Brogdon.

Funeral Services for Brooke will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Slaymaker officiating; private family interment will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.
