The Board of Directors of Brownwood Municipal Development District will meet Tuesday, November 16, at 1:30 pm at City Hall, 501 Center Avenue. The agenda is below.

- Investment Report – through September
- Unemployment numbers
- Project Updates and Activity
Item 6. The BMDD Board may convene into a closed executive session in the
Haynes Conference Room, pursuant to the provisions of the Open
Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Government Code Vernon’s Annotated, in
accordance with the authority contained in the following section:
Section 551.071 – Consultation with Attorney
Section 551.087 – Deliberations regarding economic development negotiations
- Discussion of a Building Improvement Incentive Program grant for a relocation of a business to downtown.
- Discussion of a Building Improvement Incentive Program grant for a new downtown business.
- Discussion of an infrastructure incentive for Howard Payne University.
- Discussion of possible incentives for the Brownwood Hotel project.
- Event Center legal discussion.
Item 7. The Board will reconvene into Regular Session in the City Council Chambers to
take any action deemed necessary as result of the Executive Session.
